Let me add one more potentially very important benefit of the sensor in the GFX 100S... This is what a large shift with a lens whose rear end is very close to the sensor (Mamiya N 43mm f/4.5 L). On the left is the 100S and on the right is the 50R, 25mm of shift. The darkening is light falloff (I'm at the edge of the image circle here). Notice how much magenta there is in the 50R image (Right). There's none I can see in the 100S image (Left). This is a huge benefit if you use lenses that are prone to colour cast.
